As a Product Delivery Manager within our team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage backlogs, and ensure transparency in project status.
• Customize JIRA workflows to align with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress.
• Leverage Wealth Management industry knowledge to guide product development and delivery.
• Understand client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience with other project management tools and software
