As a Data Domain Architect Associate Senior at JPMorgan Chase within the Data Analytics team, you will support the Customer Satisfaction survey process. You will create customer data sample files across all lines of business to generate insights that enhance customer experiences. Collaborate to develop solutions for obtaining and extracting large customer data sets, ensuring integrity through extensive auditing and validation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage analytical and statistical applications (SAS, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx) to analyze complex data sets.
  • Identify customer interactions across various channels (calls, branch, online, emails, IVR) for survey targeting.
  • Prepare and validate data from diverse sources for file creation.
  • Deliver recurring data files in accordance with client SLAs.
  • Facilitate requirement definitions, design, testing, and code implementation for customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborate with data management, strategy teams, and analytics resources across functions.
  • Construct process documentation and workflow capture.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Market Research, or related field.
  • Proficient with SAS Viya, SAS Macro, SQL, VBA, JavaScript, and MS Office tools.
  • Experience with relational database systems (Teradata, Snowflake, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of Putty, Control-M, and Power Shell.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to engage with all management levels and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hands on experience in Alteryx
