As a Senior Customer Success Associate in the Talent Acquisition Product's Go-to-Market Team, you will support our customers throughout their journeys with our products and experiences. As a core contributor of the team, you are responsible for supporting go-to-market strategies including adoption, and beyond, working closely with the Product team and other cross-functional groups to ensure seamless experiences and drive satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product features, target audiences, value propositions, and opportunities through research, discovery and feedback loops.
  • Develops and implements go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention, ensuring a healthy and engaged customer base.
  • Supports product engagement, adoption, and expansion activities
  • Tracks and analyzes key success metrics to measure to identify opportunities for improvement while preparing reports for internal stakeholders and highlighting outcomes and areas of opportunity.
  • Works cross-functionally with key partners in Change Management, Communications, Marketing, and Employee Experience.
  • Crafts strategic PowerPoint presentations designed to guide and influence product manager decisions
  • Develops comprehensive marketing collateral, including demos, videos, training materials, and sell sheets.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Talent Acquisition or a relevant domain area.
  • Data-driven approach to strategy development and measurements.
  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills; excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills, able to communicate effectively with peers and partners.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to understand architectural concepts and their implications for user experiences.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Team player with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
