Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate within Custody Operations, you will deliver program management services across various responsibilities. You will communicate business strategy, performance, and priorities to key stakeholders. Your role will involve delivering high-quality executive reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver program management services across strategy, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Communicate business strategy and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality executive reporting and analytics.
  • Leverage expertise in LLM, AI, UI Path, Python, Cloud, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Partner with Finance, Business Management, and Technology teams.
  • Drive key initiatives, including the people agenda.
  • Work closely with leads to drive non-financial KPIs and MI.
  • Identify and implement process efficiency opportunities.
  • Create project charters and present to senior management.
  • Exhibit effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends and themes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrate leadership and delivery focus.
  • Possess excellent experience in SOTF tools and storytelling.
  • Work comfortably in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
  • Execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Communicate effectively with attention to detail.
  • Assimilate broad-ranging information quickly.
  • Formulate action plans for Senior Management.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Possess a strong technical skill set with a financial services background.
  • Be flexible, organized, and a self-starter.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work efficiently in a changing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, and colleagues.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and SOTF tools.
  • Have experience in team development and management.
