As an Analyst in the Currencies and Emerging Markets Operations team, you will be responsible for processing documents, settlements, and regulatory reporting for our Commercial and Investment Banking business across FX, derivatives, fixed income, loans, money markets, and money desk transfers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support operations and local regulatory reporting for document management and FX, derivatives, loans, fixed income, money markets, and money desk fund transfers.
  • Actively coordinate with internal and external clients for issue resolution and project delivery.
  • Leverage automation tools to eliminate manual processes.
  • Partner with technology teams for system migration and automation delivery.
  • Manage project documentation and tracking throughout the development lifecycle according to existing automation governance.
  • Perform regular updates and communication to stakeholders on ongoing projects.
  • Manage document processes, including review, indexing, inventory, destruction, and other documentation tasks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • University graduated with Banking related working experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
  • Strong command in English & Mandarin ( written, oral and presentation)
  • Good project management, problem solving , escalation and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines independently
  • License: Taiwan Senior Securities Specialist License/Financial Markets and Professional Ethics
  • Details-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience using Alteryx, RPA (UiPath) or Tableau expertise is a plus
  • Good working attitude and communication skill
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • A team player, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
