As an EMEA CPG Product Control Associate in the Product Control team, you will engage extensively with the Front Office trading desk, Market Risk, and wider support functions. You will leverage your strong communication skills and self-motivation to work independently while gaining a comprehensive understanding of XVA risk management techniques. Together, we will explore a diverse range of products across all asset classes, including Credit Default Swaps, CDS indices, Bond Futures, Interest Rate Swaps, FX forwards, Cross currency swaps, Commodity Futures, Equity Futures, and Options.

Job Responsibilities
- Review and report daily P&L and Risk.
- Validate and understand daily P&L explanations, including first order, higher order, and residual amounts.
- Analyze daily movements in CVA and FVA reserves and corresponding risk changes.
- Coordinate with traders to understand book movements and Day 1 PnL issues.
- Identify, design, and implement new controls and processes for P&L production.
- Participate in ongoing and new projects to meet Product Control needs.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly P&L commentaries to senior traders and management.
- Liaise with Financial Control to resolve cash flow, PnL, and FX exposure breaks.
- Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives.
- Drive coordination across front and back office support functions for timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a control focus.
- Ability to challenge efficiency and drive process innovation.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts.

- Solid understanding of financial products.
