Creative Marketing Analyst (Figma/Web/Video)

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality design work for various sales proposals, presentations, and support materials.
Job Summary:
As a Creative Marketing Analyst within J.P. Morgan Payments, you will utilize your diverse design skills to create high-level, visually impactful websites, interactive Figma demos, informational videos, and visual content for various sales proposals, presentations, and support materials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive prototypes and demos for J.P. Morgan financial services, products, or enterprise applications.
- Create and execute high-quality visual concepts for Sales' proposals and presentation materials, including brochures, websites and landing pages, and other multimedia content. Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across all marketing and communication deliverables.
- Identify and integrate visual elements such as illustrations, photography, and typography to create compelling communication pieces.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers and Sales, to ensure materials meet project objectives and requirements.
- Revise, edit, and proofread your work based on client feedback to ensure content is complete, high-quality, and adheres to company standards.
- Produce and edit advanced short-form informational videos, utilizing professional video editing software to create engaging, clear, and instructive content for internal and external audiences.
- Lead and manage creative efforts across multiple projects, delivering innovative and effective design solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by efficiently managing them from inception to completion under varying timelines and pressures.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Possess a degree or formal education in graphic design, multimedia, visual arts, advertising, or a related field.
- Five years of professional experience in multimedia design, with a focus on marketing projects.
- Proven experience designing in Figma, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Ability to create interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma.
- Hands-on experience building and managing websites or digital content using platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, Shorthand, or similar web publishing tools.
- Advanced video editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce educational and informational videos using software such as After Effects or Adobe Premiere. Experience in creating clear, engaging, and instructive video content is highly valued.
- Mastery of design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
- Extensive understanding of graphic design, including typography rules, current design trends, and excellent sense of color, space, and layout navigation.
- Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
