Become a leader in the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Remediation and Corrections Team that manages the process to triage, fix, correct, and eliminate customer impact caused by a business process or operational break. The team supports multiple lines of business within and outside of CCB. The Corrections Support Team manages several workstreams which enable the corrections teams to complete their primary work of correcting our customers. These workstreams include: Data Security, Procedures/Chase Answers, Project Support, IAS Support, User Tool Support, Resiliency Management, Training Support, SharePoint Updates/Changes, Change Management, Access / Technology Support.

As a Business Analysis Manager within CCB Remediations and Corrections, you will support the function/process in various capacities through business analysis, including but not limited to providing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, analyze and identify trends to develop go forward strategies, and strategic oversight of various initiatives such as Lines of Business corrections. This position will require partnering across the CCB Remediations & Corrections team and with LOB Partners in an effort to update and maintain procedures, reporting, and business documentation while cross referencing with the centralized CCB Remediations and Corrections guidelines and CCB LOB Corrections Standards. You will be responsible for developing and designing high-quality executive presentations using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity and professionalism for proposals and initiative updates.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Legal, Controls, Compliance and Audit to determine required updates to procedures as well as training materials.
  • Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites to support organizational needs and enhance collaboration
  • Write and edit procedures to guide operational processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing executive presentations to effectively communicate strategic initiatives and business updates.
  • Act as a backup for other various functions with Corrections administration

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 15 years in Operations roles within a Financial Services environment
  • 5 years in Legal, Compliance, or Control roles
  • 2 years' experience in creating, managing, and supporting SharePoint sites
  • Experience with Corrections or Customer Dispute Resolution
  • Experience interfacing with Audit and Controls and managing/delivering appropriate responses
  • Involvement in drafting responses for regulators
  • Experience writing and managing procedures while also looking for procedural gaps
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • History of working under time boxed deliverables
  • Proven experience in creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.
