Corporate & Investment Bank - Head of International Corporate Access into APAC

You will lead the regional strategy for international corporate access into the APAC region, partnering closely with the APAC Head of Corporate Access, Asia International Sales, and local partners to drive innovation and expansion of the corporate access remit. You will also originate and execute Australia corporate access including international corporate access events, and be involved in driving product initiatives, creating marketing materials, data analysis, corporate marketing scheduling and conference co-ordination.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the APAC Head of Corporate Access and location corporate access partners to drive the regional strategy for international corporate access into the APAC region.
  • Work closely with the global equity research, sales and investor access teams and other divisions of the firm to develop investor access strategy and content across different products.
  • Innovate and expand corporate access remit, including cross asset class opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with investors and corporate management by promoting investor access products.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of conferences, forums, investor tours, roadshows, bespoke trips and other ad hoc Investor Access events.
  • Collaborate with regional access team to support regional events.
  • Prepare event invitations, meeting schedules and marketing materials as required. Set up event details in event management systems and market the event to equity sales and research teams.
  • Strict adherence to meeting protocols (cost saving measures, legal and compliance, risk policies, contract approvals).
  • Monitor event schedules to ensure available meeting slots are being filled.
  • Provide onsite support at events including monitoring meeting attendance and produce post-event reporting.
  • Update event management systems with accurate post-event attendance.
  • Budget plan and management at all steps of the event.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant working experience in Corporate Access or Financial Industry.
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Team player with excellent multitasking skills and able to thrive on the challenge of competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Demonstrates creativity in solving problems.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
