Corporate & Investment Bank - Cash Operations - Analyst

As a Cash Operations Transaction Processor, the position is responsible for the daily regulatory reporting and related transaction processing.

Job responsibilities
• Ensure that all routine work are completed as per the agreed timeline
• Monitor the exceptions and ensure that they're resolved in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process
• Properly handle client requests
• Prepare regulator reports

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience with and a working knowledge of Payment Processing Operations
• Working Knowledge of Foreign Exchange conventions and State Administration of Foreign Exchange reporting
• Interpersonal/communication skills and ability to communicate internally and externally
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem solving, ability to escalate issues as appropriate
• Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
