Corporate Communications, Senior Associate

We are seeking a dynamic communications professional to join our team of communicators responsible for managing corporate communications across our Corporate Centres, Technology Centres, and Market Leadership Teams (MLT)..

As a Senior Associate in Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will be responsible for supporting a robust communications and engagement plan to drive employee engagement and awareness of corporate and location-specific initiatives across our EMEA locations.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications (EMEA), you will draft and publish communications in partnership with multiple internal partners supporting location and firmwide campaigns, initiatives and events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Write a variety of communications, including location-specific communications, leadership announcements, produce high-quality visual communications such as digital signage and video.
  • Publish content to location-specific communication channels, including intranet pages/sites, email, Teams newsrooms, digital signage and internal email newsletters, and contribute content to other firmwide channels.

  • Internal workstreams, business resource groups and other key partners

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines while delivering high quality product
  • Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills, including partnering effectively with all levels of employees across the company
  • Ability to manage and influence without direct authority
  • Excellent strategic planning, writing, editing, execution and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe and similar applications
  • Experience with intranet design, content development and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism or something similar
  • Journalism background
  • Familiarity with the basics of video production - shooting, editing, etc.
