Join the Corporate Communications team where you will assist in program management, executive reporting and process management across key functions, including, Human Resources (HR), Employee Experience (EX) and Diversity, Opportunity and Inclusion (DOI) Communications.
As a Corporate Communications Associate on the Communications team, you will will play a key role in preparing business reviews, weekly and quarterly communications reports, progress reports, and tracking strategic goals and metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. In addition, you will excel in working through complexity, handling multiple urgent initiatives, and collaborating effectively with clients and change partners. You will also assist with logistical support of internal events by managing visual assets, organizing agendas, and coordinating touch points to ensure successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Job responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications support for Corporate Communications for a global workforce.
- Execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with top leaders, communications partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts and process flow.
- Assist in tracking and measuring the team's priorities and key results, and prioritize, track, and report on all deliverables.
- Improve processes to share information across lines of business and corporate communications, including a strategic calendar of all efforts related to the firm's DOI, HR and EX work.
- Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control expectations, procedures, and processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in communications
- Strategy, data visualization, analytical skills - the ability to synthesize large amounts of information, connect the dots and effectively communicate to senior leaders via PowerPoint.
- Exceptional writing, editing, execution, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while delivering high-quality results.
- General understanding of a cross section of internal comms, external comms, marketing and social media activation with strong executive presence and business acumen and the ability to provide advice and counsel and articulate an informed point-of-view on communications.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- BA/BS in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
