As a Product Delivery Manager in the Corporate Challenge team, you will work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Develop and maintain quarterly roadmaps and summaries to ensure alignment with strategic goals and provide a clear vision for product delivery.
- Ensure all product delivery processes adhere to internal compliance standards, conducting regular reviews to measure adherence to compliance requirements, documenting findings, and implementing course correction actions as necessary
- Evaluate and enhance delivery and release readiness processes and decision-making frameworks to recommend improvements that streamline operations and optimize team performance
- Execute go-live and implementation activities, including readiness checklists and production verification tests
- Act as a key liaison with Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platforms (CAMP) Agility Lead
- Partner with technology lead to plan sprints and stay on track with the roadmap
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrate ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Be flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities; able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proven stakeholder management skills working across product, technology, agility, design, and data teams to develop robust and timely product delivery plans and execution mechanisms within an agile framework
- Have strong expertise and experience in working within an agile product delivery lifecycle
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and issues related to product development and production support and create mitigation plans
- Ability to create and present business value vs. cost trade-off analysis to key stakeholders
- Ability to influence across functional areas to assure alignment of resources toward the product roadmap
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Possess a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics
- Skillfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating experience in complex, matrixed organizations
- Display expertise in user-centric design, defining user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and translating insights into actionable strategies
