Join the top ranked corporate access team in Taiwan, to provide support across JP Morgan Franchise events as well as cross line of business (LOB) events.
As a Corporate Access Coordinator Associate, you will join the Corporate Access team based in Taiwan in the origination and execution of corporate access events across the region. You will be involved in creating marketing materials, data analysis, corporate marketing scheduling, conferences co-ordination as well as project management of cross LOB events.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support across J.P. Morgan franchise sponsorships as well as cross lines of businesses events
- Focus on building and driving stakeholder engagement across business functions, event partners and regional & global teams
- Manage the end-to-end execution of bespoke trips, conferences, forums, roadshows, and other ad hoc events. Set up event details in our event management systems and monitor event schedules to ensure available meeting slots are being filled
- Manage all logistical arrangements and partner closely with our Corporate Meetings and Events team on logistics around our larger flagship conferences
- Provide onsite support at events and monitor meeting attendance for post-event reporting. Update event management systems with accurate post-event attendance for accurate client consumption reporting
- Strict adherence to meeting protocols (budget management, cost saving measures, legal and compliance, risk policies, contract approvals)
- Work closely with equity research, sales, regional investor access teams and other divisions of the firm to develop strategy and content across different products

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Corporate Access or Financial Industry
- University degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Team player with excellent multitasking skills and able to thrive on the challenge of competitive pressures and remain focused on client needs. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Demonstrates creativity in solving problems.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas, both verbally and via documentation
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
