Job responsibilities

  • Oversee deliverables for the Reporting and Analytics team
  • Complete Ad-Hoc reporting Daily, weekly, monthly and Develop presentations for senior executives
  • Document and package status updates and proposals to senior management
  • Perform data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, and problem solving
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets using advanced data analytics skills to support operational initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and apply algorithms and models with ability to clearly explain them to Management, Operations and Technology teams
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilities
  • Engage to mitigate risk through continuous process improvement, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Operations teams
  • Utilize automation technologies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and support the implementation of business strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to team members, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are aligned with project objectives for efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Leverage digital platforms and technological tools to improve processes, enhance customer interactions, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis and interpret complex data sets, with proven expertise equivalent of at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in using automation technologies to optimize processes and implement business strategies.
  • Provide quality service to customers through continuous communication and strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and have skills in industry standard methodologies and related tasks.
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience with Tableau, Spot fire, Alteryx, Qlik/ QlikSense or other BI tools to preform statistical analysis
  • Programming skills in SQL is a must for this position. Knowledge in Python, AWS Athena or other programming languages
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, look-up functions, etc.).Proficient with other Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Word)
  • Understanding of Business Process/modeling concepts
  • Leverage creative analytical problem-solving skills while using large data sets from a broad range of sources

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Domain experience in fraud detection / anomaly detection
  • Proficiency with querying enterprise databases using SQL to obtain relevant data for analysis .Ability to implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience working in Amazon Web Service cloud environment
  • Aptitude and curiosity for developing machine learning solutions to solve business problems
  • Proficient ability to leverage artificial intelligence and AI tools to enhance data analysis, analyze business trends, and provide actionable business insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to craft clear and effective prompt writing to guide data analysis and ensure consistent outcomes.
  • Experience in technology/process release management, with proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.
