As a Control Manager, Vice President within the Tooling Governance Team for Control Management in Consumer and Community Banking, you will be tasked with challenging existing systems and supporting the overall program governance. Your role will involve continued automation and participation in quality review processes as required. This position is perfect for a highly promoten team member with advanced strategy and problem-solving skills, along with strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication abilities. You should possess a business-oriented mindset, a solid background, and a proven ability to deliver coordinated analysis of issues and determination of business impact. You will have the chance to work across Consumer and Community Banking businesses, participate in various firm-wide initiatives related to the User Tool and Intelligence Solutions programs, and develop ongoing working relationships with our cross-business peers. This will provide you with exposure to a wide range of business functions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Intelligent Solutions QA from front to end, engaging with the business and cross-line of business teams to continually improve the program. Independently communicate with key stakeholders, manage delivery expectations, and escalate when needed. The Quality Analyst executes testing against established criteria and demonstrates the ability to draw inferences, identify root cause, and make recommendations for corrective action. The Quality Analyst will also be responsible for supporting management and team with reporting deliverables.
  • Ensure daily work is logged correctly for tracking purposes.
  • Develop automation opportunities utilizing Alteryx, Tableau, LLM to support efficiencies and expanded growth within the Citizen Development space
  • Assist with identifying gaps in policy, procedures, and job aids.
  • Provide ongoing hands-on support for critical IS operations functions within the team. This includes business processes related to User Tool and Intelligent Solutions control oversight and management, IAHUB/UWAT Hygiene, System UAT testing, and the ability to drive change in processes, procedures and associated technology.
  • Manage and document processes based on firmwide guidance.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business related discipline (Finance, Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics,),
  • 7 years of business operations, data analysis. or risk/control management; technology risk/control experience evaluating complex business problems, data analysis and devising recommendations and implementing solutions
  • Advanced MS Office skillsets including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Knowledge of citizen developer toolsets and ideally development practices
  • Strong issue resolution problem solving and analytical skills
  • A passion for data analysis, continuous learning, and professional development
  • A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details and a positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Organization and time management including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • High degree of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency and the Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written and technical (e.g., PowerPoint). Ability to present concise, direct and timely communications to executives, management and key partners; strong presentation skills is essential
  • Ability to shift perspective from high level 'big picture' to low-level detail & Ability to be flexible and follow tight deadlines; provide clear and concise solutions constrained by tight deadlines
  • Partnership and relationship management: must have ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with numerous teams and key stakeholders
