Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project lifecycle activities including planning, tracking, coordinating, and reporting.
- Lead/support strategic execution projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Support stakeholder communications by drafting content and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and related activities.
- Take an active role in leading conversations and driving strategic tasks.
- Learn fundamentals of controls and risk standards for process improvement.
- Analyze and interpret large amounts of data, making recommendations.
- Develop understanding of current-state processes and propose improvements.
- Analyze and report project data, including status updates and KPIs.
- Prepare project status reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, Participate in mentorship and training to grow skillsets.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate 2 years of experience in project management/support.
- Hold a college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively with professionalism across all organizational levels.
- Organize and solve problems with sharp attention to detail.
- Show motivation and a growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
