The Corporate Development team at JP Morgan Chase is broadly responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments across the firm's consumer lines of business - including the Consumer Bank, Business Bank, Wealth Management, Card Services, Connected Commerce, Home Lending, and Auto Lending. These transactions are critical to the firm's ability to execute on its core strategies and meet the needs of our customers in a rapidly changing financial services ecosystem. Acquisitions and partnerships are integral to Chase's ongoing business strategy, enabling us to better serve our customers. The Corporate Development Integrations team is tasked with integrating partner companies with JPMorgan Chase, realizing business values through product, client, technology, operations, and controls. This team leads multi-year integration programs, collaborating with business and functional leaders to execute integration plans across the organization.

As a Vice President on the Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Corporate Development Integrations team at JPMorgan Chase, you will work in teams and be responsible for executing complex projects that accelerate and transform Chase's business. You will be deeply involved in driving integration programs that deliver business value across the organization. We are seeking an accomplished, proactive Vice President who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrates strategic vision, and inspires cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. This will be ideal for individuals who have advanced analytical and presentation skills, and a proven track record of managing complex integrations and presenting to senior executives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Day 1 planning and execution across multiple corporate functions to ensure seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
  • Provide thought leadership and analytical insights to support corporate development and integration initiatives and inform strategic direction, serving as a thought partner to C-suite and senior leaders.
  • Lead and own Integration Management Office (IMO) activities, setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability across workstreams.
  • Develop and implement integration strategies, collaborating with senior business and functional leaders to support strategic initiatives and business integration projects.
  • Be responsible for champion change management initiatives to align teams, cultures, and business objectives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integration communications, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Manage the development and execution of multi-month integration plans and corporate development projects, ensuring delivery against key milestones and objectives.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, preparing and delivering high-impact presentations, issue tracking, and decision support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, resolve escalations, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth, guiding teams in data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Highly motivated and strong work ethic with proven ability to respond to time sensitive / mission critical processes in a matrix organization
  • Thrives in team environment with experience mentoring juniors.
  • Familiarity with due diligence and contractual negotiation processes.
  • 6+ years strategy consulting, corporate development or corporate strategy, management consulting or similar roles including at least 2+ years of experience leading teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex integrations, strategic initiatives, or large-scale projects.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering executive-level presentations; proficiency with presentation and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset, with a track record of driving results.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach in identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and driving initiatives to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with business integration processes and strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate development.
  • Familiarity with Credit Card / Payments and related industries a plus.
