Consumer & Community Bank Corporate Development, Strategy Associate
The Corporate Development team at JP Morgan Chase is broadly responsible for strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and investments across the firm's consumer lines of business - including the Consumer Bank, Business Bank, Wealth Management, Card Services, Connected Commerce, Home Lending, and Auto Lending. These transactions are critical to the firm's ability to execute on its core strategies and meet the needs of our customers in a rapidly changing financial services ecosystem. Acquisitions and partnerships are integral to Chase's ongoing business strategy, enabling us to better serve our customers. The Corporate Development Integrations team is tasked with integrating partner companies with JPMorgan Chase, realizing business values through product, client, technology, operations, and controls. This team leads multi-year integration programs, collaborating with business and functional leaders to execute integration plans across the organization.

As an associate on the Consumer and Community Bank (CCB) Corporate Development Integrations team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key role in supporting the success of strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Day 1 planning across multiple corporate functions to ensure seamless continuity and minimal disruption
- Participate in all integration management office (IMO) activities, tracking progress across workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business integration projects and implement change management strategies to align teams and cultures
- Assist in serve as central point of contact for integration communication and reporting
- Support executive steering committees with progress updates, issue tracking and decision support
- Design and format high-quality presentations to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and escalation handling
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth.
- Engage in problem-solving activities to address business challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Support corporate development efforts by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and execution of corporate development deals multi-months plans and initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, corporate development, management consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and proficiency in design and formatting tools for creating professional presentations for senior leaders.
- Demonstrated proactive approach in identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges and driving initiatives to successful completion.
- Experience in data analysis and data manipulation using tools such as Excel or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based or willing to relocate to New York, NY or Wilmington, DE.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with business integration processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate development.
- Familiarity with Credit Card / Payments and related industries a plus.

The Strategy team manages mission-critical projects ranging from developing growth strategies, to assessing and planning entry into new markets, to implementing organizational restructurings and operational efficiencies, and more. Projects are typically team-based and include close collaboration with senior executives.
