Join a dynamic team at the forefront of transforming credit decisioning processes within the Consumer Lending sector.

As a Pricing Strategy Vice President on the Business Banking Lending team, you will make a significant impact by driving strategic pricing decisions that help businesses start, run, and grow. You will be a critical member of the Pricing Strategy arm of the newly created first line credit function for the Business Banking organization. You will be responsible for discovering, analyzing, managing, and monitoring pricing functions and strategies. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance and accuracy in all strategic activities, providing an opportunity to leverage your organizational skills and communication abilities.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage retail lending pricing strategies, including interest and fees.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on pricing for Business Banking Lending.
  • Distill competitive insights using internal and external reporting resources to drive pricing optimization.
  • Partner with product development to assess and define testing capabilities for strategic decisions.
  • Conduct pricing/fee reporting, control support, and P&L impact analysis.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, data & analytics, or product strategy.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of pricing processes and financial documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in Business Banking or retail lending.
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and market insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Risk Management helps the firm understand, manage and anticipate risks in a constantly changing environment. The work covers areas such as evaluating country-specific risk, understanding regulatory changes and determining credit worthiness. Risk Management provides independent oversight and maintains an effective control environment.
