As a Project Manager II (Product Analyst) Associate within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk organization (CCOR), you will play a crucial role in developing a comprehensive case management system to enhance support for various Corporate Compliance sectors, such as Global Financial Crime Investigations, Human Resources, Violations Framework, Employee Relations, and Global Security. You will be tasked with understanding and documenting customer requirements to ensure they align with product objectives and deliver significant value. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Technology and User Experience teams to design effective solutions. By leveraging your expertise and data-promoted insights, you will concentrate on creating technology solutions that are scalable, repeatable, and configurable.

Job responsibilities
- Translate business and product needs into clear, concise, and outcome-focused Epics that capture the essence of features or initiatives by crafting rich prologues, impact statements, and detailed Acceptance Criteria in the Gherkin format (Given, When, Then).
- Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, user preferences, technology limitations, and product boundaries to understand product capabilities, user behavior, and trends.
- Manage and organize large datasets residing across multiple documents and repositories, including Data Dictionaries, Role and Skillset matrices, Data Sources, and Mapping through the use of advanced analytical techniques, such as predictive modeling, data standardization, cleansing, and imputation, alongside traditional methods like Gap Analysis and Trend Analysis, to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
- Engage in and facilitate product events, ensuring that JIRA hygiene is maintained to enable effective event planning with Dashboards. Develop a deep understanding of the purpose of each event, and come prepared to share updates, outcomes, and coordinate activities. Work independently and proactively outside of events to address takeaways, action items, and other next steps, driving progress and ensuring that work continues to move forward efficiently.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, User Experience, and Operations to ensure product development aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Create clear, compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations to translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving informed decision-making across the organization.
- Leverage the firm's Large Language Model (LLM) Suite of tools to discover innovative solutions and optimize workflows with a demonstrated ability to use these tools to automate data processing, derive insights, and enhance decision-making processes, thereby boosting efficiency and fostering innovation within the product team.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and operating model, coordinating efforts across different lifecycle stages to ensure seamless transitions and continuity in product development and management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in a product analyst role or related field.
- Proficiency in JIRA, JPMC LLM Suite, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visual Basics/VBA, and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with strong writing abilities in both technical and communications contexts.
