As a Community Reinvestment Act Analytics Vice President on the Community Reinvestment and Community Partnerships (CRCP) team, you will drive decision-making through data analytics and industry research to enhance Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance. Using quantitative data and industry information, you will partner with CRCP management and various lines of business to communicate data-driven insights and shape strategic initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform data analytics and storytelling by sourcing both internal and external data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities
- Conduct assessments of market opportunities and industry trends, providing insights into JPMC's current performance and areas for improvement
- Evaluate JPMC's performance at both line of business and market levels, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements where needed
- Ensure preparedness for CRA examinations by federal regulators, focusing on data integrity and performance reporting
- Support the firm's preparation for and strategic navigation of any new rules or guidelines related to CRA
- Develop and implement communication strategies and materials to effectively engage executive leaders, conveying the contributions of various lines of business toward the firm's CRA performance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Tableau and/or Alteryx
- 10 years of experience in banking strategy, analytics, finance or project execution roles
- 4-year college degree required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Experience with CRA, Fair Lending or other regulatory/compliance fields
- Ability to navigate and interpret external data sets such as demographics and industry data
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerPoint or Visio
