The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is comprised of several global corporate services functions that support JPMorganChase's businesses and employees across 60 countries; the CAO Communications & Change Management team is an integral function that supports the overall communications and change approach for employee-facing products.
As a Communications & Change Management Associate in the CAO, you will be instrumental in ensure our employees are prepared for changes that support key business initiatives. You will work closely with both Product and Portfolio Managers across all CAO business groups, communication partners, senior management and cross-LOB partners to craft change management plans and execute communication strategies across various channels such as digital platforms, banner messaging and news articles for our global employee base.

Job responsibilities:
- Partner with CAO product teams to assess changes and understand potential impacts to all stakeholders
- Develop robust and creative change management plans to enhance employee engagement and awareness of new CAO employee-facing products that align to audience needs.
- Craft holistic communication strategies for large-scale CAO product changes, enhancing awareness and action for impacted employees, including supporting ongoing communications.
- Collaborate with product/project managers and stakeholders to strategically plan and develop change plans and communications for varied audiences. All communications must follow brand and communication style guides.
- Maintain readiness calendar and ensure all activities are on target
- Provide support for urgent communications (e.g., system issues, error messaging), providing guidance on when and how to communicate and owning the communications when needed.
- Assist with organization and presentation of communications data as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years of change management experience and hold a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or other related area.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, well-designed communications in a variety of mediums.
- Ability to digest complex information and simplify it for internal audiences using clear, easy-to-understand and concise language and visuals.
- Excellent writing and editing skills and a solid command of grammar, style, proofreading and editing techniques is a must.
- Superior organizational skills and must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility, adaptability and ability to work under pressure and be comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A creative, strategic thinker with a positive attitude, high standards and be committed to delivering high quality communications and capability of recognizing and responding well to changing priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a group setting and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Writing samples are required for consideration
