Common Capabilities COE - Data Operations Senior Associate
Join our Core Service - Centre of Excellence group and be part of a team that embraces innovation and experimentation. We are looking for a passionate Content Management Professional to support our Wealth Management line of business by developing and managing digitized content and document management capabilities globally.
As a Data Operations Senior Associate within the Common Capabilities CoE team, you will be responsible for the development and support of templates, documents, testing business rules, and supporting deployment activities. This role involves project management, business analysis, and citizen development, focusing on planning, implementation, and ongoing support of programs that meet strategic, business, and regulatory demands.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the product vision, goals, and objectives, defining requirements and prioritizing delivery to maximize business value.
- Manage end-to-end product delivery across the full lifecycle, including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure.
- Partner with Operations and Technology to drive teams toward delivery milestones, mitigating risks and inefficiencies.
- Ensure governance by tracking workstreams, managing KPIs, prioritizing deliverables, addressing risks, and measuring status.
- Develop documentation for scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and other materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with delivery partners, including senior leaders in Business, Technology, Design, and Operations.
- Leverage user data, industry trends, and feedback to shape design and roadmap with a customer-obsession mindset.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Digital Banking, or related business.
- Experience managing product delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines and complexities.
- Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute strategic change.
- Proven ability to influence people at all levels across various job functions.
- Excellent leadership skills in managing products, programs, projects, teams, and employees.
- Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient with JIRA, Visio, and MS Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
