As a Commercial and Investment Banking Front Office Recruiter in our Asia Pacific Recruitment team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for front office roles, including Payments, Securities Services, Markets, Sales and Research, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking. You will work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic talent solutions. Job responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for front office roles in Commercial and Investment Banking, including Payments, Securities Services, Markets, Sales and Research, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking.
  • Create and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, controls, and policies
  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates through multiple channels
  • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Gather and incorporate feedback to refine recruiting strategies
  • Partner with senior management, human resources, and finance to anticipate hiring needs
  • Share innovative solutions to streamline recruitment and add value
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and clear communication
  • Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, and compensation philosophy
  • Promote diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates and educating hiring managers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment or recruiting agency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • Strong project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience recruiting for front office roles in commercial or investment banking
  • Experience planning and managing networking events or recruitment projects
  • Experience working in a multinational bank
