Job summary

As a Client Technology Integration Manager within the Securities Services Technology team, you will draw on your strengths in managing people and manage technology connectivity and Instruction Capture testing projects for our external clients. These projects typically span multiple Product areas within the Securities Services Business within the Corporate and Investment Bank. You will lead these projects from initiation through implementation, establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines, ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place, and managing the project resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you will communicate with stakeholders across the firm and external clients to work toward the best possible outcomes. This role is a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co. As a team lead, you will also have responsibility for 4 Manila based resources and overall accountability for team delivery and coverage for our APAC region clients and support for the Americas and EMEA teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage local resources, assign workload and ensure overall efficient delivery if output from the team. Management and resolution of escalations.
  • Oversee and directly manage the technology connectivity (sFTP, MQ) for new and existing external clients. This would involve raising connectivity requests for and dealing with external fee paying clients
  • Conduct Agree test scope with the client, set up static data, coordinate instruction transmissions with the client, STP the instructions to operations, obtain sign off from Operations. This will be testing across the SWIFT network and flat files across sFTP
  • Liaise and coordination between external clients, internal CS and Operations as well as team colleagues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • With minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • People and resource management
  • Proficient understanding of the Securities Services LOB (Custody, Fund Accounting, IMOS)
  • Experience of project management - managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of SWIFT
  • Competence around connectivity (sFTP, MQ etc)
  • Client facing skillset - Good written and oral English language skills
  • Test Management (Writing and agreeing test scopes)
