As a Client Technical Onboarding Connectivity Associate within our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experiences through seamless technology integration. You will work closely with our Technical Implementations partners, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that product and technical requirements align with client needs and our firm's capabilities. Lastly, you will drive innovation and excellence in Managed File Transfer transmission-based Payment products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the connectivity implementation team with executing file testing and resolving client issues.
- Support production migration and verification, ensuring successful component migration.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity and encryption issues related to Internet protocols.
- Utilize PKI technology to ensure secure data transmissions and provide technical consultation.
- Understand ERP applications integration to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Identify and communicate process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Own improvement initiatives and be recognized as a process expert.
- Attend meetings and training to continue development and product knowledge.
- Provide support to team colleagues and be seen as a subject matter expert.
- Mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and partner with colleagues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- BA/BS degree or 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong client servicing skills and client-facing experience.
- Thorough knowledge of connectivity and data transmission methodologies.
- Experience with PKI technology (e.g., X.509, PGP, SSL, SSH).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to manage high work queue levels and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Treasury Services experience.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to change.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience using mainframe applications.
- SWIFT FIN and ISO20022 XML knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
