Job Summary:
As a Client Tax Documentation Project Manager within the Client Tax Operations utility in India, you will lead high-impact transformation programs with senior leadership visibility. You will be responsible for transforming and strengthening operational processes and controls across Client Tax Operations. This role provides an opportunity to learn US tax laws, understand changes in tax laws and their implications, and build good working relations with cross-functional/geographical teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Tax Transformation Program lifecycles, governance, communication, delivery, and post-delivery study of effectiveness.
- Understand the overall vision of the Tax Transformation program and work with senior leads and key stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities.
- Maintain cross-workstream program roadmap and identify standout features for current, next, and future timeframes.
- Lead cross-workstreams forum to ensure interlocking across teams, prioritization of enhancements, and appropriate escalation of issues and risks.
- Assist in developing Target Operating Model (TOM) with KPIs/KRIs to support the transition of projects into operations.
- Apply best practices for project management, business analysis, and requirements capture by effectively identifying, assessing, documenting, and communicating business requirements.
- Act as the bridge between Tax Operations, Technology, and Product Development.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- JIRA and Agile Methodology Experience.
- Transformational mindset with the ability to work with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing cross-functional, multi-year projects.
- Experience designing business processes and decision models, using Signavio.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Post Graduate and/or MBA (Finance) and related industry benchmark certifications.
- Knowledge of Investment Bank businesses.
- Knowledge of US Tax forms, CRS, and FATCA regimes.
- Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or UI path.
