Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, address cross-functional dependences ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams to design solutions and drive the programs implementation
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans along with the technical leads, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency, in simple and easy to consume manner, tailored to target audience with detailed documentation.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
  • Run budget process for programs - collect book of work demand and estimates, facilitate priority discussions, funding agreements, etc
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and efficiency
  • Utilize the agile process and methodologies to support the development of solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Experience with multi-year program execution and delivery while owning and managing multiple work streams concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication across all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to partner, influence, and thrive in a global matrixed organization - embrace collaboration.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and self-learner that thrives on solving challenges in complex environments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
