As a Client Sr Service Associate within our Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be a key player in managing and enhancing our client relationships. Your role will involve resolving client requests and providing comprehensive support for our complex treasury and cash management products and services. You will leverage your broad knowledge of our professional discipline to provide advice and support, ensuring compliance with technical standards and organization policy. Your work will have a significant impact on other departments, and your decisions will shape short-term outcomes. You will be expected to identify gaps in information, conduct analyses to solve problems, and put forward recommendations for managing more complex situations. Your ability to establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, coupled with your developing skills in continuous improvement, project management, and change management, will be crucial in driving mutually beneficial outcomes. Your role will also involve planning and organizing your own work, and potentially that of a team, in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Your developing proficiency in data and tech literacy will enable you to understand and implement new technologies that enhance client experience.   • Manage and resolve client requests related to our complex treasury and cash management products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze and identify gaps in client service processes, applying continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and resilience of our operating platform
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes, adjusting approach based on needs and circumstances
  • Utilize data and tech literacy skills to understand and implement new technologies that enhance business operations and client service
  • Participate in project management activities, leading aspects of the project lifecycle and providing updates to sponsors and impacted parties

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in managing client relationships within a financial services environment, with a focus on treasury and cash management products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes, with a track record of implementing continuous improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
  • Exhibited leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members, foster a collaborative team environment, and inspire other to achieve project and organizational goals
  • Proven experience in managing projects, including leading aspects of the project lifecycle and effectively communicating with sponsors and impacted parties
  • Experience in leveraging data and tech literacy skills to understand and implement new technologies that enhance business operations and client service
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in managing change within an organization, with experience in strategic communications, influencing others, and mitigating stakeholder impact.
  • Capable of understanding the industry, market trends, and the client's business environment to provide insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals
  • Identify potential challenges and opportunities for clients by providing proactive solutions and strategies before issues arise to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, articulate complex ideas, updates and resolution to internal and external key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a focus on reviewing data, reports, and creating presentations to support client service activities
