Client Service Delivery Associate

As a Client Service Delivery Associate within the Know Your Customer Organization, you will partner with banking teams and operations to ensure all client records meet regulatory standards. You will play a key role in completing client due diligence requirements at the start and renewal of relationships, helping us maintain the highest standards of compliance and client satisfaction. In this role, you will contribute to a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client and partner expectations through consultative communication
  • Take ownership of client verification and anti money laundering processes
  • Ensure deliverables are met and hold partners accountable
  • Demonstrate ongoing understanding of compliance requirements
  • Identify and manage operational risks in processes
  • Escalate risk items and drive issues to resolution
  • Support bankers in client selection and risk management
  • Independently manage renewal cycles of due diligence forms
  • Maintain timely portfolio management while upholding quality standards

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Ability to identify anti money laundering risks and apply policy concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in financial services
  • Knowledge of risk factors impacting products and industries
  • Ability to multi-task and leverage internal resources
  • Strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a team environment
  • Previous credit training or underwriting experience

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with client onboarding or compliance processes
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
  • Experience working in a diverse, global team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
