Job Responsibilities
- Lead the investigation and resolution of complex exceptions and issues.
- Conduct in-depth research to analyze root causes to drive impactful solutions in Operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional client service and support through ensuring timely and effective resolution of high-priority escalations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, cross-functional reams, and client to address and resolve multifaceted issues.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning, identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in customer service, issue resolution, exception handling, or a related role in Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management products
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
