As a Client Service Analyst in the Merchant Services Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse client base. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Your work will contribute to the success of our clients and the firm, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Job responsibilities

  • Demonstrate understanding of organizational purposes and operations.
  • Provide leadership and insights on client strategies.
  • Identify business trends using real data.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Compile accurate data for reports and presentations.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Coordinate execution of client requests.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal partners.
  • Act as the primary service support contact for clients.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Superior interpersonal skills in customer interactions.
  • Ability to generate documents for process streamlining.
  • Assess client needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate client issues and follow through on commitments.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Understand complex systems and processes.
  • Mobilize internal networks to resolve service requests.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Five years in account management or client relations.
  • Knowledge of bankcard industry procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
