As a Client Service Analyst within the Commercial Real Estate, you will report to a Client Service Senior Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for your assigned client portfolio. You will manage customer service and relationship activities, ensuring operational controls and client satisfaction. Your role involves handling transactional accounts and complex treasury products, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Client Service Associates to understand and resolve client issues.
- Identify underlying problems and patterns to resolve issues effectively.
- Build knowledge of commercial treasury management products and services.
- Serve as a liaison between Relationship teams, Operations, and Treasury Management.
- Identify and control risks to prevent fraudulent account behavior.
- Prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity. Follow established policies, procedures, and practices.
- Project a confident and professional presence to clients and the community.
- Exceed client expectations through proactive service.
- Work independently with supervision, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain treasury products and accounts, resolving customer inquiries. Prepare and collect account documentation, managing internal projects.
- Identify products and services to benefit clients and improve profitability. Participate in joint client calls with Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, sales, or portfolio management in banking or financial services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional presence with adaptability to evolving needs and situations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relentless and versatile learner with an aptitude for assimilating new knowledge.
- Ability to identify and recommend products and services to clients.
- College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
