The Client Engagement VP for the CDAO Platform will play a pivotal role in supporting the data, AI, and analytical needs across the firm. This role is part of the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) Product and Platform team at JPMorgan Chase, which is responsible for delivering enterprise solutions for Data, AI and Governance, accelerating the firm's data and analytics journey.
As the Client Engagement VP for CDAO Platform you will support the Client Engagement Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex projects focused on Firmwide Adoption of Paved Paths for Data, AI and Analytics. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that projects align with Firmwide CDAO goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams from JPM Lines of Business, Corporate Functions and CDAO Product and Engineering Teams to achieve priority outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Engagement Lead in delivering project plans across various business lines and platforms
- Develop and implement integration frameworks, setting standards and ensuring adherence to best practices and paved paths
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, ensuring technical requirements are gathered, timelines are tracked, and deliverables are met
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential blockers and risks, developing robust contingency plans to ensure project success
- Prepare and deliver executive-level management reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Foster effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and executives to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and achieved
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess project performance, driving data-driven optimizations and strategic improvements
- Lead meetings and provide strategic updates on project status, proactively addressing issues or concerns
- Oversee the identification and resolution of project-related challenges, working closely with senior leadership to implement innovative solutions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of data, AI, and analytics within the financial services industry, with the ability to leverage these insights for strategic advantage
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of influencing and negotiating with senior stakeholders
- Extensive experience with cloud services, platform architecture, and solution engineering, with the ability to drive technological innovation
- Strong strategic mindset and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven leadership experience, with a commitment to mentoring and developing team members
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, driving consensus and contributing to high-level decision-making processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down complex objectives into actionable strategies
- Advanced proficiency in Reporting and Analytics Tools: Expertise in software like Tableau or Power BI for strategic data analysis and reporting on project performance
- Extensive experience with Program/Project Management Software: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Monday.com, and Salesforce to plan, execute, and monitor complex project activities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experienced Program or Project Manager with a background in AI startups or fast-paced tech environments
- Able to operate independently and iteratively - building just enough structure to enable progress
- Comfortable working across multiple work styles and adapting your approach based on feedback
- Excited to work on a team where no two days are the same, and priorities can shift quickly
- Highly organized with a knack for simplifying complex workstreams
- Excellent communicator, able to align stakeholders and maintain project momentum
- Familiarity working with technical teams - you don't need to code, but you should understand the basics of AI/engineering workflows
- Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with concepts of Agent-based modeling and Agentic workflows for process automation
