As a Client Engagement Marketing Strategy- senior associate, on the Wealth Management Client Engagement marketing team, you will play a key role transforming existing experiences and driving meaningful interactions with aspiring and affluent Wealth Management clients. Your focus will be on leveraging insights to build compelling business cases for high-impact initiatives, optimizing existing processes and campaigns, and acting as an ambassador for client engagement across the business. You will oversee strategic campaigns that prioritize a customer-first approach, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their wealth management journey. Your visionary mindset and ability to create structure amidst complexity will be key in driving transformation and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create executive level presentations to gain alignment and support of key stakeholders
  • Implement streamlined and automated processes to improve efficiency in how we work
  • Commission research and strategize with creative experts to execute high-quality campaign creative, working with both internal teams and external agencies
  • Develop strategic briefs and be a champion for the creative-ensuring your campaigns launch flawlessly
  • Partner across product marketing, product and campaign delivery to launch key initiatives across multiple lines of businesses
  • Synthesize ongoing analytic insights that inform optimizations of marketing tactics
  • Collaborate with diverse cross functional teams including creatives, content, product, technology, analytics, field strategy, and the Advisors

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of professional marketing experience, strategy and/or consulting
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • B2C marketing, preferably in Financial Services
  • Experience in strategy: omnichannel marketing, customer loyalty, retention or product marketing, offers strategy
  • Understands marketing operations and capabilities
  • Proven track record of delivering real-time personalized and dynamic content with measurable business results
