As a Senior Associate of Client Engagement Marketing Strategy, on the Wealth Management Client Engagement marketing team, you will help drive ongoing engagement with existing clients. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ongoing lifecycle triggers, engaging with clients during the most critical moments
- Optimize how to engage with clients digital on an ongoing basis
- Uncover new insights and hypothesis to test and iterate on existing strategies
- Collaborate closely with the Communications team to effectively engage clients during periods of market volatility or significant market events
- Partner across product marketing, product and campaign delivery to launch key initiatives across multiple lines of businesses
- Develop strategic briefs and be a champion for the creative-ensuring your campaigns launch flawlessly
- Synthesize ongoing analytic insights that inform optimizations of marketing tactics
- Commission research and strategize with creative experts to execute high-quality campaign creative, working with both internal teams and external agencies
- Collaborate with diverse cross functional teams including creatives, content, product, technology, analytics, field strategy, and the Advisors
- Create executive level presentations to gain alignment and support of key stakeholders
- Implement streamlined and automated processes to improve efficiency in how we work
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience
- Highly organized with strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- B2C marketing, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience in strategy: engagement, customer loyalty, retention or product marketing
- Delivering real-time personalized & dynamic content with proven business results
