You will demonstrate expertise in banking, AML, and compliance, exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree required
- CTR/AML experience required
- Experience in transaction research
- Five or more years in regulatory operations, BOT management, or reporting
- Experience in process improvement and training development
- Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive self-starter with dependable, timely, and accurate support delivery
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of CTR Reporting
- Understanding of Change Management Process
- Familiarity with training related to transaction research/AML/SAR
- Ability to effectively maximize delivery of business goals
