As a Check Testing Support Associate within the Global Corporate Banking team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships helping internal partners navigate the check testing process. You will work closely with internal partners to review check images, evaluate testing results, translate results into user-friendly and plain-language guidance, meet with internal partners and clients upon request, enhance processes, and contribute to the team's mission of operational excellence. Your role will be pivotal in improving client experience and driving efficiency in banking operations. You will collaborate with Global Service & Operations teams to provide flawless service, suggest improvements to procedures, and meet with internal partners and leaders to execute upon those improvement ideas and programs. Your contributions will help shape the future of client onboarding and support within the Global Corporate Bank.

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process all MICR and PVE rejected check testing results.
- Resolve complex requests and troubleshoot problems with Operations.
- Act as a liaison between testing team and Client Service/Onboarding units.
- Address client issues that fall outside of internal and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Recommend process and procedure improvements.
- Function as a lead contributor with advanced knowledge of check testing standards.
- Participate in department and team projects to exceed client expectations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients at multiple levels.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in process management and/or operational excellence.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple differing requests.
- Client-focused and detail-oriented approach.
- Quick learner with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and cooperation.
- Ability to understand complex processes and maintain composure in stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in improving process efficiency.
- Knowledge of commercial banking, corporate and investment bank, or treasury services operations.
- Ability to think out of the box to resolve client problems.

- This role requires working in the office five days a week
