As a Data Science Lead, within the Centralized Controls Data and Analytics Team, you will leverage your expertise in data management and analytics to drive impactful outcomes and enhance our business strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with Data Owners and Line of Business Data & Analytics teams to define objectives and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
- Oversee the migration of JIRA and other system data to Snowflake, working closely with Data Owners to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and implement automated data movement solutions between systems through API connections, identifying and overcoming technical challenges.
- Identify opportunities to develop and enhance dashboards and automated reporting tools to facilitate decision-making for business partners.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, or related experience, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and either Python, SAS, or both for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis.
- Experience with data migration and integration, particularly with Snowflake and API development.
- Proven ability to connect data analysis to business strategies and deliver results that drive measurable impact.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Background in financial services, or related domains, is a plus.
