Card Data Owner Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead data-driven product development and enhance the Chase customer experience.

As a Card Data Owner at JPMorgan Chase within the Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating product development and driving business growth through data. You will ensure data quality and protection while collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create plans for product data development and delivery to support strategic business objectives and analytics.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within the business.
  • Identify and document critical data scope, ensuring proper classification and metadata.
  • Support analytics projects by identifying data for integration into analytics platforms.
  • Document and coordinate resources for data quality requirements.
  • Resolve data issues promptly and influence resources for timely resolution.
  • Develop processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks, including protection and quality.
  • Manage compliance with Firmwide policies and standards related to data integrity and protection.
  • Build strong relationships with data delivery partners and consumers across various functions.
  • Manage execution of milestones, mitigating risks and inefficiencies in the product development lifecycle.
  • Track and manage workstreams and KPIs to ensure successful deliveries.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience in a data-related field.
  • Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines.
  • Technical knowledge of data management, engineering, pipelines, modeling, architecture, and governance.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google, or Azure, and/or experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Alteryx, Snowflake.
  • Ability to manage delivery timelines and ensure organizational goals are met.
  • Proven ability to execute via internal partnerships.
  • Structured thinker with good business acumen and effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of Agile technological development methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Subject matter expertise in business or product data; Credit Card domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Master's degree preferred.
