Brazil Legal Entity Controller group is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial statements and to manage the Capital of the legal entities in the location and ensuring business booking in the legal entities complies with the applicable regulatory requirements. Legal Entity Controller (LEC) reports to the Senior Financial Officer (SFO) in the location. As a Senior Associate you will be part of the group responsible for capital management of Brazil legal entities.
Job responsibilities:
- Support the team responsible for capital management regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with Brazil's regulatory agenda and fostering a controlled and efficient environment.
- Actively participate in the implementation of new regulatory changes, including RWADRC, RWAOPAD, and FRTB, as well as adjustments to legal lending limits due to RWADRC.
- Provide support for regulatory limits analysis, oversee PIS&Cofins, and contribute to the implementation of new products and regulatory initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual Capital Plan.
- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere among team members, motivate and inspire, ensuring a collaborative work environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience with Capital management regulatory reports (DDR, DLO, DRM, Pillar 3, etc);
- Deep knowledge on Banking Products including Derivatives and associated risks;
- Expertise on bank regulatory capital rules;
- Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Calculation;
- Knowledge of MS Office package;
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Strong analytical and logical skills;
- Proactive attitude and learning interest.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Knowledge of VBA language.
