Canada Treasury Services Product Head - Managing Director

As the Canada Head of Product, Treasury Services, based in Toronto your role will be focused on the day-to-day management of the Canadian Treasury Services franchise and setting the vision for future growth. Your leadership will bring together regional functions that execute on the investment planning, development and implementation of our product offerings in Canada to support the global payments franchise. In addition to leading the product team, in this role you will be accountable to the Payments Leadership as the Canadian Payments Head, focusing on bringing together the wider Payments business in Canada.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy to deepen our Treasury Services offering
- Define a methodology to determine market opportunity and prioritization for product expansion
- Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to build and launch product offerings
- Manage a team across multiple locations to make sure that product offerings are globally consistent but locally relevant
- Work in partnership with the regional and global product management teams to determine the investment planning and budgeting processes
- Increase the firm's external profile through industry forums, client events and marketing events
Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities:
- Subject matter expertise in Canadian payments across traditional core cash management to emerging payment rails and merchant acquiring
- Executes with holistic understanding of end-to-end process, product and industry
- Team player, capable of building relationships with key business partners
- Confidence and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proven communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Travel overseas as a regular requirement
