As a Business Strategy and Support Vice President within the North America Business Strategy and Support team, you will hone skills in strategy, process improvement, optimization, and reporting, while creating executive briefing materials. You will lead analysis and project management for NAM WKO initiatives, collaborate on metric development, and support engagement and culture programs. This role involves partnering with the North America Leadership Team, WKO Global team, and key stakeholders-including Resiliency, F&BM, and Controls-to drive a wide range of initiatives, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and ensure content accuracy through stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead analysis and project management for key initiatives supporting the NAM WKO team, overseeing task tracking, status reporting, and maintaining project documentation
  • Collaborate with production and reporting teams to identify, standardize, and develop metrics essential for managing the book of work
  • Partner with the leadership team to design and implement engagement and culture initiatives, driving adoption across the organization
  • Create high-impact executive presentations that deliver clear, compelling narratives to senior audiences
  • Transform complex data sets and qualitative information into concise insights, actionable options, and strategic recommendations
  • Conduct thorough research, gather stakeholder input, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all content

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Highly independent and self-motivated, with a proven ability to adapt and thrive within a collaborative team environment
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively leveraging internal resources
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Brings relevant experience in program management, risk management/controls, and business management
  • Excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Possesses exceptional communication and storytelling skills, adept at translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Pitch Pro

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Working knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
