As a Legal Oversight and Control team member in Legal Operations, you will cross-train in business resiliency, access control, and reporting programs to support Legal's global platform. You will primarily support resiliency initiatives, while also contributing to controls and reporting functions across Legal's global platform. You will help us maintain high standards in quality control, documentation, and automation, ensuring our processes meet firmwide requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to deliver innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in data analytics, incident management, and strategic reporting while making a meaningful impact.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain resiliency policies, standards, and programs for Legal teams
- Ensure compliance with content and renewal requirements for resiliency documentation
- Communicate policy and system changes, providing support to stakeholders
- Lead, plan, and report on resiliency testing and quality reviews
- Prepare regular reports and metrics for the resiliency team
- Collaborate across business lines, corporate functions, and resiliency domains
- Advise stakeholders on resiliency risk management and program improvements
- Manage incident communications, analysis, and rapid recovery of business services
- Document and support return-to-business-as-usual strategies
- Investigate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions for improvement
- Utilize automation and data analytics tools to evaluate and optimize business processes
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of operations, reporting, and business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to review, interpret, and analyze complex data for actionable conclusions
- Experience in process improvement with a risk and controls mindset
- Proficiency in automation and data tools for business process optimization
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Tableau
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive and cross-functional audiences
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Effective time management and planning skills to manage multiple assignments
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business resiliency, project management, controls, reporting, or operations
- Experience supporting role-based access control programs
- Familiarity with audit management, control testing methodologies, and risk assessment
- Proficient with ETL tools such as Alteryx and AI tools
- Background in blending data and data visualization
- Experience handling complex and large structured data sets
- Ability to engage as a positive point of contact for incident support and escalation
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
