As a Business Manager in the Digital and Data Transformation team, you will be a key player in advancing our digital agenda. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage strategic projects, and support the Head of Digital in various capacities. This role offers you the chance to enhance your skills in project management, finance, and strategic analysis while contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted aide and critical point of contact for the International Head of Digital.
  • Coordinate and draft strategic communications and manage quarterly townhalls.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant for calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure timely reporting of digital initiatives to the IPB Operating Committee.
  • Support annual budgeting, audits, and strategic business reviews.
  • Oversee outsourcing and third-party oversight agreements.
  • Manage recruitment efforts and maintain transparency on team outlook.
  • Oversee the team's travel and expense budget, ensuring alignment with priorities.
  • Act as the central SME for engagement with the AWM Product Office.
  • Champion DEI participation and foster an inclusive working environment.
  • Coordinate business resiliency strategies and conduct annual testing.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in banking within business management, digital product management, or front office roles.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, AI, and data analytics.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in producing impactful presentations and reports.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Committed to fostering a cohesive workplace culture.
  • Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in strategic communications and project management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira Align.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of DEI initiatives and engagement strategies.
  • Experience in business resiliency planning and execution.
  • Ability to influence executive decision-making.
  • Experience in overseeing recruitment and team development.
