Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the CSO operating model conversion and client visit initiatives.
- Develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead ad-hoc analyses and growth strategy projects.
- Own materials and preparation for key business reviews.
- Analyze business processes for improvement opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations for stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Six years of relevant work experience in banking, management consulting, or equivalent fields.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to outline work processes and gather knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong professional presence and ability to communicate with leadership.
- Ability to lead a small team and influence colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate across business and staff areas.
- Mature, organized, self-motivated, and a team player.

- Experience in leading business analytics projects.
