Team Description:

  • The Business Enablement and Transformation (BET) team manages the strategic programs and business operations required to shape the foundational structures that enable Core & Foundational Platforms to deliver world class products. In this role, you will partner with our Leadership Team, Product Owners, and Engineers around the world to establish and manage best in class strategic programs.
  • You should be a highly motivated individual with technology experience, strong communication and analytical skills, experience with interacting and presenting to senior leaders, and the critical ability of developing relationships across all seniority levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build & champion the adoption of robust analytics and reporting capabilities, such as Tableau and Alteryx to deliver data-driven recommendations and supporting materials for executive and key stakeholder decisions.
  • Enhance and simplify the Monthly Business Review report and metrics generation through and data analytics to synthesize information into business outcomes and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to drive program/process optimization and organizational efficiency such as management of autonomous employees, managers of small teams, attrition, and location strategy.
  • In partnership with engineering leads and product owners, drive the Book of Work (BoW) for engineering teams to be aligned to product line OKRs and track deliverables to integrated roadmap.
  • Ownership of resource management, tracking HC actuals to budget and maintaining organizational hygiene.
  • Lead product line engagement & communications at a global level ensuring critical information and strategic updates are effectively cascaded down from leadership.
  • Document clear standards and guidelines to ensure successful and consistent execution of processes, while identifying opportunities for automation and innovation of our current analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BSc/BA/BE degree or relevant industry experience (technical background or experience preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in developing analytical solutions, data visualizations, and interactive experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders
  • Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong preference for Tableau and Alteryx skills
  • Proficient in Resource Management, Operational Change Management and Portfolio Management
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence across various seniorities, teams, and departments
  • Self-manages professional development and desire to take on increasing responsibility and project/program ownership
