Business Development Manager

As one of the first Business Development Managers within this new venture at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for building and scaling and end-to-end zero-to-one GTM motion. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of our products, while also setting up scalable processes and operating models for long-term growth.

Job responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation, discovery calls to demos, proposals, negotiation and deal closing
- Execute the sales and growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities across a variety of target industries, user cases, and product capabilities
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and maintains an active engagement plan, regularly engaging prospects and clients
- Work closely with marketing, product and GTM teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales processes
- Contribute to business development strategy, proactively identifying areas of improvement as the business scales
- Collaborate on building out relevant business development and sales resources to establish disciplined business development procedures
- Partner with our product team to inform the product roadmap from the customer perspective
- As needed, support engineering team with customer-facing activities and communications
- Work with internal partners and cross-functional teams to further sales and growth goals

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Extensive experience in sales and relationship management for enterprise B2B technology
- Experience in commercialization and negotiations
- Proficient in consultative selling and pipeline development and account planning; demonstrated ability to position and close new business
- Ability to recognize a client's needs and apply solution selling, which requires a deep comprehension of technological products
- Actively hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a collaborative team player with the ability and experience of working across multiple functional and business groups
- Strong track record of operating in an agile, fast-paced software development environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong problem solving skills
- Experience working at a face-paced fintech preferred
