Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including meetings, conference calls, and large-scale events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and produce detailed itineraries, optimizing time and costs
- Facilitate internal and external client interactions and department scheduling
- Process expenses in line with company policies, ensuring compliance and timely submission
- Partner with business management and key stakeholders across lines of business
- Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry, reporting, and information collation
- Oversee distribution lists, technology usage, and administrative housekeeping
- Adapt to changing group priorities and business expectations
- Collaborate with assistants across teams to provide coverage as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies
- Support a positive and professional team environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate professional client handling and relationship-building skills
- Show full competency in calendar management and prioritization
- Exhibit strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Arrange travel and itineraries with accuracy and sound judgment
- Display proactivity and ownership in all responsibilities
- Possess advanced technical capabilities
